WHAT ARE WELLNESS PROGRAMS?

Wellness programs are guides that provide you with the tools and support necessary to make changes in your lifestyle so that it improves significantly. Nutrition and physical exercise are only part of the approach; lifestyle, work, health and personal relationships are other aspects that we will take into account to create a program in a more holistic way.
The programs consist of nutrition advice and how to help you take care of your diet, proper exercise, stress management and sleep improvement taking into account your career, personal relationships, spirituality, mindset and other holistic lifestyle factors that affect your well-being.

  • 1 Holistic Consultation
  • 5 Yoga classes adapted exclusively for you. 45'
  • 5 Meditation and Pranayama Classes (Conscious Breathing and Mindfulness) 30'
Sessions are ONLINE, they may be in person depending on the location. Treatment sessions may be added to in-person programs
