CLASSES STUDY

 Hatha

Hatha Yoga is one of the most widely practiced styles of yoga in the world because it can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age or physical condition.

Hatha Yoga classes integrate asanas or physical postures, pranayamas or breathing exercises, as well as meditation and relaxation. The teacher's guidance will help you achieve that union of body, mind and spirit, as well as adapting the sessions to your physical condition, preventing you from suffering injuries.

Doing Yoga

Yin yoga is a calm, meditative practice. Using conscious muscle relaxation, yin postures focus on the connective tissue nourishing the joints, ligaments and fascia promoting the healthy flow of chi (energy). Yin practice is a wonderful complement to more vigorous yoga practices or activities such as running, biking and walking. The practice is suitable for all levels.

Yoga

Kundalini yoga is a combination of dynamic exercises, pranayama, mantra, meditation, mudra that helps you connect with your true essence, strengthen your electromagnetic field and achieve mental peace.
Balancing body and mind allows you to experience the clarity and beauty of your soul. No previous yoga experience is required so you can achieve results with your first class.

 Aerial Yoga

Flow through traditional yoga poses with the help of our aerial hammocks. Get a full-body stretch while also gaining the benefits of inversions.
Inversion is proven to help relieve back pain and is great for the spine. (This class is not suggested for people with physical restrictions)

Vinyasa & Pranayamas

Recharge your batteries for whatever the day brings with this yoga routine to wake up, with breathing exercises to improve your concentration throughout the day.
A fast-paced style of yoga that focuses on building strength and endurance. Flowing sequences will help activate your body and mind… and make you sweat!

 Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra can be translated as “psychic sleep” or “conscious sleep.” Yoga Nidra is a systematic method for achieving physical, emotional, and mental relaxation. It is a state of fully lucid sleep, in which the mind remains on the border between wakefulness and sleep, in which consciousness is operating on both levels but is not associated with either. Since it is very difficult to maintain this state, there will be times when consciousness will turn outward through the senses and we will wake up, and other times when it will slip into sleep and we will fall asleep. With practice, consciousness tends to stabilize.
