MOON CIRCLES

What are they?

Moon Circles are meetings inspired by ancient practices where women would meet to talk, support each other and share their wisdom. Now many women have returned to remember and re-signify these practices, where men and women meet to reconnect with themselves, share experiences and support each other.

What will I find?

It is an intimate, sincere and respectful meeting where we will practice journaling, yoga, meditation, mantra and other rituals that will help us feel more connected with ourselves and our group.

The intention of these events during the full moon phase is to take advantage of the energy that this great star brings us, to release and heal everything that we have trapped inside us and that does not allow us to move forward, to come out stronger and more prepared to live a full life.

Whether you are a man or a woman, if you feel committed to your well-being, are on the path of personal development, are in search of spirituality or are simply curious or restless, you are welcome!

FACILITATORS

Celine and Cristina crossed paths more than six years ago in Sydney, while they were training as massage therapists.

Over the following years, both continued training in different types of Yoga and therapies, coaching and personal development.

Since then, not even the thousands of kilometers of distance between them have been able to break the strong bond they created. Now destiny and technology have brought them together again to begin a beautiful project, Full Moon Circles.

'Our goal is to create a community to celebrate the lunar phases and use the energy of the Moon to create more balance in our lives, support each other through the process, and spend time teaching what we love most: yoga, meditation, writing, mantras, playing music, self-care, and essential oils.'
